Abstract

We describe a rare case of double outlet right ventricle (DORV; S, D, L) with subpulmonary ventricular septal defect (VSD) treated successfully with arterial switch operation (ASO) and VSD baffle. Compared with our limited experience in three cases of DORV (S, D, L) with subpulmonary VSD corrected by modified Rastelli procedure, ASO is a preferable choice.
